Dr. Sarah Trahan, NMD, is a naturopathic physician specializing in regenerative medicine, interventional orthobiologics, aesthetic rejuvenation, and personalized hormone therapy. Born and raised in Southwest Louisiana, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Loyola University New Orleans and earned her medical degree from Sonoran University of Health Sciences in Tempe, Arizona, before completing a rigorous post-doctoral residency at the Neil Riordan Center for Regenerative Medicine. Her advanced training focused on image-guided, minimally invasive orthopedic and spine care, integrating fluoroscopy and musculoskeletal ultrasound to diagnose and treat a wide range of pain and injury concerns using evidence-based orthobiologic therapies. Now practicing in Scottsdale and Tempe, she provides individualized, non-surgical treatment plans that support long-term healing, improved mobility, aesthetic confidence, and optimized wellness. Dr. Trahan is dedicated to understanding each patient’s unique goals and is passionate about expanding awareness and access to naturopathic and regenerative healthcare in both Arizona and her home state of Louisiana.
